Vases
I think that vases should look great even when they don't contain flowers. These vases can brighten the room even when they are empty.
A lot of my work revolves around glass cane and twisted cane. Cane is created by pulling glass into thin round tubes, encasing colour within the clear-glass. You can find out more about this process here and also here. Cane allows highly regular patterns of colour to be introduced into the glass art. The possible patterns are endless and the exploration of the patterns and the enjoyment of the process continue to inspire me to create additional pieces.
